These terms cover your use of gogary.com.au and the quote, purchase and account services it provides. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.

General information only

Everything on this site is general information only. It doesn’t take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before deciding whether a product is right for your business, consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), which is available during the quote process and on request.

Quotes & cover

A quote is an invitation from an insurer based on the answers you give. Cover only exists once a policy is issued, and what a policy pays depends on its terms and the accuracy of your answers. When you answer our questions you have a duty under the Insurance Contracts Act — the duty of disclosure for business insurance or, for a consumer insurance contract such as home or car cover, the duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation. The duty that applies to your quote is explained in the quote flow before you answer.

Our content

The content of this site (text, images, design and code) belongs to Gary or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own use; you may not reproduce or use it commercially without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unauthorised access, no interference with its operation, no scraping at scale, and no submitting information that is false, misleading or belongs to someone who hasn’t authorised you to provide it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
